Paintings
The artist’s works are assigned to their respective creative phases.
India
India once visited gets into your heart and won’t go. When first visited, I was stunned by the richness of the land and the exotic architecture, by its ability to overload the senses with the concentrated intensity of its colours, smells and sounds. It was as if all my life I had been seeing the world in black and white and, when brought face to face with India, experienced everything re-rendered in brilliant technicolor.

Circles
The idea to create paintings partly hidden behind circles came to me in
Jaipur in India. The palace of the wind is a famous palace in Jaipur, exclusively for woman and the windows are partly covered in intricate woodwork carvings and because of this the ladies can look outside and watch the world without being seen themselves.
Greece
Ancient Greece is a treasure trove full of history, stories and buildings its where Pericles build the Acropolis and where Lysippus, perhaps the greatest sculptor ever, made his masterpieces. And don’t forget Prometheus without whom we still would be freezing. Have I mention Ajax?
Mexico
In Mexico one finds great edifices paying homage to the cultures of the Aztecs and Maya, but but also humble houses that you can find in every town. Rows and rows of simple structures that are made individual and pretty by painting them in every colour under the sun, an image of contemporary Mexico that is very appealing and worth capturing.
